Our customized sweaters are hand chain-stitched at our flagship in New York City. Orders ship 3 to 8 business days after being placed.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not ship custom orders internationally.

SIZING
 
Amir is 5' 11" and he is wearing a size M shirt. Jordy is 5' 8" and is also wearing a size M for an oversized look. 
 
Goose, an American Cocker Spaniel, weighs approximately 25 lbs, and is pictured nude - size N/A. 

For men, fit is true to size. Take your normal size (XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL). For women, the general rule of thumb is that we recommend going one size down, i.e., if you are a women's L, you are most likely a size M in Tombolo. 

All measurements listed in inches. For centimeters, multiply by 2.54. 

100% cotton. Hand wash or machine wash on 'delicate' setting with like colors.  Avoid hot water. Lay flat on a towel to dry. You may choose to tumble dry on low heat for 10 minutes and then lay flat on a towel to finish drying more quickly. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. Avoid high heat dryers to minimize shrinkage.
