If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and it remains in unworn condition and has not been washed or altered, it can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund for the price of the items purchased. Expedited shipping services, should the customer choose to pay for them, are not refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

Our packaging is resealable to make returns easier and minimize waste.
Exchanges are not always feasible. Certain items are excluded from exchanges or unavailable. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges. Exchanges for more expensive items require the customer to pay the price difference.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., 'Faster Shipping' or 'Fastest Shipping'). Orders where 'Fastest Shipping' or 'Extra Expedited Shipping' is purchased will go out the same business day if placed before noon EST. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or packages routed to the wrong location.
Tombolo is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address.
Tombolo is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address), but please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes: these will be quoted and paid at checkout so that you know exactly what the cost is.
