You're on island time now.
Tick, Tock, Slurp, Glug, Ahhhh...
At Sunset Beach on Shelter Island, the hands of the clock move strangely.
Sometimes slowly as you watch the sailboats drifting lazily across the bay...
Sometimes fast when a joyous lunch slides into sunset faster than you can say "another glass of rosé."
Time moves particularly strangely here on the island for one of Tombolo's co-founders.
He bussed tables at Sunset Beach when he was 15, had many a late night there in his twenties, and now finds himself partnering with the hotel on a collection in his thirties.
Way back when in 2001, Sunset Beach issued its very own CD (remember those?).
It became a favorite of regulars , including the family of our co-founder who listened to it at home for dinner parties.
Most of these CDs were lost to the sands of time, but we managed to surface one and reproduce the track list on Spotify (two songs weren't available, but you'll get the gist).

Making its debut in this capsule is an all-new Tombolo silhouette: a boatneck terrycloth sweatshirt. Crafted from plush, long-loop terrycloth, it's effortlessly relaxed and easy-wearing.
The collection also features a Hand Towel Top, cut from plush terrycloth with an embroidered sunburst and cutout circle - perfect for strange tan lines.
