(Orders where "Fastest Shipping" or "Extra Expedited Shipping" is purchased go out the same business day if placed before noon EST). We ship internationally, but if you're ordering to a country besides the U.S., there may be customs duties, taxes or fees and Tombolo is not responsible for them. Tombolo uses a service that allows you to prepay these duties, taxes and fees. For more information, please check our shipping terms. 
Returns

Within 30 days of the original purchase date...

  • USA returns for exchange or store credit are free. 

  • USA returns for refund incur a $6 shipping/processing fee per item deducted from the refund to the original form of payment. 

    We partner with Happy Returns; you can utilize one of their return bars, available at every FedEx and elsewhere, requiring no need to print a label or repackage the items.

    For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we cannot always honor returns; please reach out to support@tombolocompany.com.
