Care & Composition
100% organic cotton terry (320gsm), carefully engineered to ensure lightweight comfort, breathability and ease of care. This fabric is double-faced - in has terry loops on both sides. Organic cotton uses less water than conventional cotton and no chemicals that can harm the environment and workers. Machine wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. To minimize shrinkage, avoid high heat dryers.

"I don’t even remember how I came across this brand, but the lobster towel shirt had been on my mind for months. One Friday early evening out at a car show at Meschutt Beach in Hampton Bays, I ran to the coolest lady wearing the lobster shirt. I complemented her and told her how great she looked and how that exact shirt had been in my cart in an open browser tab for months. Her reply was she’d give it to me right this very moment if she wasn’t naked underneath! Then proceeded to tell me to just get it, life is short, rock the lobster. "Really great shirt! I actually wore it with just the top buttoned but with the rest open and it got so many compliments! I wish there was one more clasp near the bottom so that when I do want to wear it all the wrapped up it goes down to the bottom and stays fully closed. Regardless totally awesome and people could still tell it was a lobster even when I left it open and it was cut in half."
