Join us in celebrating Le Sirenuse's 75th anniversary with this special collection, over two years in the making. Le Sirenuse is a storied hotel perched cliffside in Positano. It is a place full of history, otherworldly charm, and beauty that cannot be overstated (believe us, we have tried...)
 
Our partnership with Le Sirenuse is our longest-standing, now in its fourth collection. Over time, it has grown into something beyond a partnership — a lasting friendship with the Sersale family who have so thoughtfully fostered the hotel across generations and so graciously hosted the Tombolo team year after year.

 For this anniversary collection, Tombolo looked back at 75 years of Le Sirenuse history – and across the water to Le Sirenuse’s newest chapter: Le Sirenuse Mare, the hotel’s beach club that opened in nearby Nerano on the occasion of the anniversary. 
 
Our goal has always been to infuse our ‘escapewear’ with the magic of a place like Le Sirenuse. With this ongoing creative collaboration, we were given the opportunity to drink straight from the source. You might say we got drunk off of it. Admittedly, the white wine and limoncello didn’t hurt either…

Care & Composition

 

100% organic cotton terry, carefully engineered to ensure lightweight comfort, breathability and ease of care. This fabric is "French Terry" -- the exterior has the terry loops like a towel, and the interior is smooth and flat. Organic terry cloth cotton uses less water than conventional cotton and no chemicals that can harm the environment and workers. Machine wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. To minimize shrinkage, avoid high heat dryers.

(Orders where "Fastest Shipping" or "Extra Expedited Shipping" is purchased go out the same business day if placed before 10:30am EST). At any point, feel free to inquire about an order or cancel an unshipped order by emailing support@tombolocompany.com.

Within 30 days of the original purchase date...

  • USA returns for exchange or store credit are free. 

  • USA returns for refund incur a $6 shipping/processing fee per item deducted from the refund to the original form of payment.

    Great shirt for what it

    "Great shirt for what it is, but feels different than the OG Boston Whaler terry T and the Explorers Club terry T, feels just slightly lighter, not as beefy, but not as light as the newer 90%cotton 10%poly tees. Neck hole felt poly and a little tighter, not my jam, but I know a lot of people like that. Very possible the neck was cotton, but it had a different feel than the terry around it. The medium also felt a bit more form fitting than the medium to the other OG terry tees described above, I’d actually almost suggest to size up if you want that boxy flowy vibe."
