I'm made from a carefully-engineered, quick-drying blend. The recycled nylon makes use of non-biodegradable material that would otherwise go to a landfill. It's combined with spandex to ensure total ease of movement. 

Hand wash or machine wash cold. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid high heat dryers!
