Boston Whaler® x Tombolo Giveaway Terms

The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. The winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on July 31st at 11:59pm EST.

Winners will be selected at random, and contacted at their inputted email address from ‘support@tombolocompany.com’ no later than August 5th at 11:59 EST. If winners do not respond to the prize notification within 72 hours of the message, a new winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The winner will receive a combination of Boston Whaler gear and Tombolo clothing from Part II of the collaboration capsule. Value at retail is over $1000. The gift items will be shipped to the winner at the winner’s preferred USA shipping address. Tombolo reserves the right to substitute in a different gift item of equal or greater value, as determined by Tombolo.

Entrants are only valid if they remain actively subscribed to Tombolo's newsletter at the time of the winner selection (July 31st at 11:59 EST) and they meet at least one of the following two conditions: entrants used a dedicated Boston Whaler Part II giveaway signup link (e.g., an Instagram signup form or the submission box at the bottom of this webpage) and/or they purchased a Boston Whaler x Tombolo item between July 10th and July 31st.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes participant’s permission to receive marketing emails from Tombolo and Boston Whaler® (until the time at which participant unsubscribes). Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo and Boston Whaler®, and Tombolo and Boston Whaler’s® affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo and Boston Whaler® reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo and Boston Whaler® reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
