'The Explorers Club x Tombolo' Giveaway Terms

The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. One winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on August 31st at 11:59pm ET. Entrants are only considered valid if they are actively subscribed at the time of the winner selection.

The winner will be selected at random, and contacted at their inputted email address from ‘support@tombolocompany.com’ no later than September 30 at 11:59 EST. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 72 hours of the message, a new winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes participant’s permission to receive marketing emails from Tombolo and The Explorers Club (until the time at which participant unsubscribes). Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo and The Explorers Club, and Tombolo and The Explorers Club's affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo and The Explorers Club reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo and The Explorers Club reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
