Tombolo Novelty Tee Slogan Contest

Participants may enter as many slogan submissions as they wish into the contest. Selection of the winner is at the sole discretion of Tombolo.

The winner will be selected during the month of September 2025 after the contest concludes. The winner of the contest will be contacted no later than September 30th at 11:59pm EST. Tombolo reserves the right to select multiple winners, in which case each winner is eligible for the prize that is explained below.

The prize: the winner(s) will have the option to have their name woven into the interior label of the shirts bearing their winning slogan submission. The winner(s) will also receive a prize package of 10 of the shirts bearing their winning slogan submission. These shirts will be gifted free of charge including free shipping to any USA shipping address specified by the winner(s). These items will not be eligible for refund, exchange, store credit or any other substitutions. The prize shipment will be issued once the items have been manufactured and have stocked at Tombolo's warehouse; manufacturing is subject to delays and setbacks and the exact timeframe for the prize shipment cannot be guaranteed.

If the winning contestant(s) submitted their idea via email, they will be contacted with an email from support@tombolocompany.com. If the winning contestant(s) submitted their idea via Instagram caption, they will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @tombolocompany. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within one week of the outreach message and after reasonable outreach attempts by Tombolo, Tombolo reserves the right to choose a new winner, or to produce the shirt without the winner's name in the interior label and potentially without issuing the prize of 10 free shirts.

By submitting an idea, participants in the contest assign all rights, title, and interest in their submission to Tombolo. This includes copyright, trademark rights, and any other intellectual property rights. Participants in the contest grant Tombolo unlimited, worldwide, perpetual rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the winning slogan for commercial purposes without additional compensation.

The participants warrant, to the best of their knowledge, that their submissions are original, do not infringe on third-party rights, and that they have full authority to assign these rights.

Participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo®, and Tombolo affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the contest, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
