The guide begins with an overview of how the shirts fit, followed by advice on how the shorts fit.
Tombolo's linen cabana shirts have a unisex sizing gradient.
For men, fit is true to size.
For women, order one size down: e.g., if you typically wear a M, order a size S Tombolo.

Women's Fit
Marlén is 5' 6" ( Bust 32" / Waist 27" / Hips 35").
She is wearing a size S of the 'Tombarolo' shirt (beige with purple grapes) and a size M of the 'Martini' shirt (light blue).
Women often style our shirts open over a tank top. You can also style them with just the top button fastened for a breezy look, or, of course, buttoned up all the way!
Men's Fit
Yayo (top left) is 6'2' with a size 31' waist. He is wearing a size M shirt.
Axa (bottom right) is 6' tall with a 31" waist and is also wearing a size M shirt.
For men, fit is very straightforward: take your normal, casual shirt size (XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL). The fit is relaxed and somewhat boxy (i.e. not too slim-fitting).
Tombolo's linen shorts feature an elasticized back and drawstring, which allows for a degree of flexibility between sizes.

Women's Fit
Marlén is 5' 6" ( Bust 32" / Waist 27" / Hips 35"). She normally wears a size 4, and is wearing size XS Tombolo shorts.
For women wearing these shorts higher on the waist, a degree of cinching may be required for a comfortable fit. See video below of Natalie cinching a pair of shorts that are one size too big for her. Once the drawstring is cinched, she distributes the excess fabric at the front to the sides and back of the waistband.

Men's Fit
Axa is 6' tall with a 31" waist. He is wearing size S shorts.
Men with larger thighs who feel constricted in normal fitting pants should consider sizing up for a roomier thigh and still comfortable waist (the drawstring will make loose waistbands fit).
