Saturday Night Live x Tombolo Giveaway Terms

The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. Participants enter the giveaway by subscribing and giving their name and email address either through the tombolocompany.com website at the designated webpage or through an Instagram advertisement. One winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on February 28 th at 11:59pm. In order to be eligible, participants must remain subscribed at the time of the drawing on February 28 th at 11:59pm.

The winner will be selected at random, and contacted at their inputted email address
from ‘support@tombolocompany.com’ no later than March 3rd at 11:59pm EST. If the
winner does not respond to the prize notification within 72 hours of the message, a new winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No purchase is
necessary to enter or win.

The winner will receive a ‘SNL’ Souvenir Jacket, and the option to personalize it with
chain-stitched embroidery of up to 12 characters (e.g., the winner’s first name) sewn on the garment. The gift will be shipped to the winner at the winner’s preferred USA shipping address. The winner should allow up to 4-6 weeks for the gift item to arrive. The gift is subject to availability. Tombolo reserves the right to substitute in a different gift item of equal or greater value, as determined by Tombolo.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes participant’s permission to receive marketing
emails from Tombolo (until the time at which participant unsubscribes). Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo and Tombolo affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
