The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. The winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on August 10th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST.

The winner will be selected at random, and contacted at their inputted email address from ‘support@tombolocompany.com’ no later than August 14th at 11:59pm EST. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 72 hours of the message, a new winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The winner will receive two things:

(1) The winner will receive a 2-night stay at Sunset Beach, redeemable for a booking in 2026 or 2027 with two excluded weekends: July 2-4, 2027 and July 9-11, 2027.

The hotel is located at 35 Shore Rd, Shelter Island Heights, NY 11965. The gift certificate is non-transferable and must be used by the giveaway winner or it will be forfeited. The winner with liaise with Tombolo's customer service to make the booking.

(2) The winner will also receive a $1000 gift certificate for Tombolo merchandise from the Sunset Beach collection. The gift certificate is non-transferable and must be used by the giveaway winner or it will be forfeited. The gift certificate also expires after 2027.

Entrants are only valid if they remain actively subscribed to Tombolo's newsletter at the time of the winner selection (August 10th, 2026).

Participation in the giveaway constitutes participant’s permission to receive marketing emails from Tombolo and from Sunset Beach. All information submitted -- full name and email address -- can be shared across both of these parties. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo and Sunset Beach and their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo and Sunset Beach reserve the right to substitute other giveaway prizes that they deem to be of reasonably similar monetary value. Tombolo and Sunset Beach reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo and Sunset Beach reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. Participants enter the giveaway by subscribing and giving their name and email address either through the tombolocompany.com website at the designated webpage, or through an Instagram advertisement, or in person at a Tombolo store. One winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on August 10th at 11:59pm. In order to be eligible, participants must remain subscribed at the time of the drawing on August 10th at 11:59pm.
