Inkerman & Tombolo's 'Extend Your Summer' Full Giveaway Terms

The giveaway is open to United States residents only with a maximum of one entry per person. The winner will be selected when the giveaway concludes on September 1st, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.

The winner will be selected at random, and contacted at their inputted email address from ‘support@tombolocompany.com’ no later than September 5th at 11:59pm EST. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 72 hours of the message, a new winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The winner will receive two things:

(1) The winner will receive a $1000 Gift Certificate towards a 2-night stay at The Nantucket Hotel, redeemable with specific exclusions. It can only be used on the following room nights in 2025:

• 2 nights between Sunday, 9/7 – Wednesday, 9/10
• 2 nights between Tuesday, 9/16 – Thursday, 9/18
• 2 nights between Sunday, 9/21 – Wednesday, 9/24
• Any two nights between Sunday – Wednesday each week of October

The hotel is located at 77 Easton St, Nantucket, MA 02554. The gift certificate is non-transferable and must be used by the giveaway winner or it will be forfeited.

(2) The winner will also receive a $1000 gift certificate for Tombolo and Inkerman merchandise at the Inkerman Store. All items for sale in the store are eligible. The gift certificate is only redeemable in person in store at the Inkerman Store located at 13 Centre St., Nantucket, MA 02554. The gift certificate is non-transferable and must be used by the giveaway winner or it will be forfeited. The gift certificate expires one year from the date that the winner is informed that they have won the giveaway contest.

Entrants are only valid if they remain actively subscribed to at the time of the winner selection (first week of September 2025).

Participation in the giveaway constitutes participant’s permission to receive marketing emails from Tombolo and from Inkerman and from The Nantucket Hotel. Information provided -- full name and email address -- can be shared across all three of these parties. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tombolo and Inkerman and The Nantucket Hotel, and Tombolo and Inkerman and The Nantucket Hotel's affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Tombolo and Inkerman reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Tombolo’s website. Tombolo and Inkerman reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
