Organic Cotton Terry Cloth (230 gsm)

DETAILS

 This shirt is a 'parchment' and 'pink adobe'-colored rendition of the classic cabana shirt. Embroidered with an agave plant emerging from the wearer's right pocket. A gusano (worm) embroidery has settled into the bottom of the wearer's left pocket, which is shaped like a bottle.

 Made of lightweight, organic terry cloth, this shirt doubles as a towel on a beach day.

SIZING
 

This shirt fits somewhat larger than our typical shirts. If you're in between sizes, size down. 

Tope is wearing a size M top and size S shorts; he is 6'2.5'' with a 38'' chest. Agustina is wearing size XS; she is 5'7.5'' with bust/waist/hips of 32''/24''/36''.  Rachelle is 5'10" and wearing a size XS. She is also wearing the matching '¡Gusanito!' Cabana Shorts in size XS available here. Aaron is 6'2" and wears a size M top and size S shorts.
An aged paper background with a typed recipe for 'Tombolo's Favorite Margarita'. Instructions include muddling cilantro, optional red chili or jalapeño for spice, or ginger for flavor variation; adding 2 ounces of agave tequila or mezcal, 1 ounce of lime juice, agave nectar to taste; shaking with ice; serving in a salt-rimmed glass; and topping with soda water if more liquid is needed.
Care & Composition

 

100% organic cotton terry, carefully engineered to ensure lightweight comfort, breathability and ease of care. This fabric is "French Terry" -- the exterior has the terry loops like a towel, and the interior is smooth and flat. Organic terry cloth cotton uses less water than conventional cotton and no chemicals that can harm the environment and workers. Machine wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. To minimize shrinkage, avoid high heat dryers.

    "LOVE. SO. MUCH. My 11 year old, myself, and my new husband all got the matching shorts and shirt sets so these are loved at all age ranges.     I never thought I would

    Q&A

    We purchased a large shirt for our son who is 6’5” and it seems short. He is thin. I wondered if the extra large is longer or just wider? It’s going to be a birthday present in July so we can’t have him try it on now.
    hey! The XL is a bit longer, but not dramatically so. There is a size chart if you click on the sizing tab. In addition though, it will hang more loosely off the shoulders which should make it feel like it's somewhat longer than the actual 0.5" difference.
