ABOUT THE COLLABORATION
We like to think that we have a nose for escapewear. And our prodigious nose knows no better escape than the smell of pizza fresh out of a wood-burning oven. A whiff of a fresh pizza pie beats all other whiffs: the sweet smell of the tomato sauce bubbling into submission, the creaminess of the melting mozzarella, the char of the crust kissed by the fire. It is a fragrance that knows no modesty, making people worldwide mutter "mamma mia" as their stomachs grumble.
Anthony Mangieri is synonymous with this magically persuasive smell. This year, he celebrates 30 years of his labor of love, Una Pizza Napoletana. About a ten minute walk from our flagship, this pizzeria on Orchard Street has become revered worldwide for its exceptional pizza. Over three decades and counting, Anthony's work has remained singular in focus: naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizza made by hand.
At Una, every ball of dough is made by Anthony. Every pizza served is shaped, topped, and baked by him. When you order a pizza, you watch him prepare it with care and the kind of elegant efficiency that can only comes with decades of painstaking practice.
To celebrate 30 years of Una Pizza Napoletana, we created a small capsule honoring the uncompromising devotion of Anthony Mangieri and his team...

Care & Composition
Avoid machine washing and drying, which can alter the shape of the hat.
Soak in warm water with laundry detergent or OxiClean (a stain remover) added. Spot clean as needed with a toothbrush. You may add shampoo to the toothbrush as you scrub out stains. Go gentle on stitched seams. Rinse out soap and air dry.
