Free U.S. shipping available. Please allow 1 business day before items ship out. (Orders where "Fastest Shipping" or "Extra Expedited Shipping" is purchased go out the same business day if placed before 10:30am EST). At any point, feel free to inquire about an order or cancel an unshipped order by emailing support@tombolocompany.com.

Within 30 days of the original purchase date...

USA returns for exchange or store credit are free.
USA returns for refund incur a $6 shipping/processing fee per item deducted from the refund to the original form of payment.
