MORE ABOUT THE COLLABORATION
Hôtel Magique was founded by our friend, Dutch artist Milou Neleen. From her adopted home of Bali, she captures the romance of travel with seemingly effortless, nostalgic designs that resonated with us from the moment we first encountered them. We first met Milou back in 2018. Since then, we have produced three limited edition capsules together, each inspired by the 'magique' conjured by a trip to paradise.
For our third collaboration with Hôtel Magique, we're paying homage to memories formed in connection with the water. ‘Water Sport’ celebrates waterskiing and is one of three sets each dedicated to its own aquatic sport. All three sets are comprised of three unique, matching items. You can explore the other two sets – ‘Dive’ and ‘Scuba’ – and learn more about the collaboration and these sports here.
Whether you prefer slaloming, barefooting, or beer drinking, ‘Water Sport’ has everything you need in the water and out. The capsule includes our first ever towel (what took us so long?). Shop all these items here.
Care & Composition
100% organic cotton terry, carefully engineered to ensure lightweight comfort, breathability and ease of care. This fabric is "French Terry" -- the exterior has the terry loops like a towel, and the interior is smooth and flat. Organic terry cloth cotton uses less water than conventional cotton and no chemicals that can harm the environment and workers. Machine wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. To minimize shrinkage, avoid high heat dryers.

"Super comfy and weirdly cool...you'd think it would be warm since its thick and fluffy but the organic cotton is so lovely! I wear a 48 jacket (kind of slim fit) but generally like stuff a bit over sized and this XL did that. It fits loose but not too baggy so while I say it runs big just barely. It helps to know your measurements and use the sizing guide."

"Hesitated to drop this much $ for a shirt but I loved the style so gave it a try. Bought 2. "Dive" and "Water Sport" - both are awesome. thick, soft and comfy. Perfect for after-swim. I am 5'5", 150 lbs, 38D chest. Bought a size small and fit is perfect. Enough room for comfort but not super baggy. I almost went for a Medium as I never wear men's small, but based on sizing measurements and other reviews went for size small and it is just right. Thanks Tombolo!"

Went to a Magical Hotel and Got Wet
"I stayed at Palm Heights Grand Cayman. I wanted an outfit that was beach and lounge ready. I bought the complete matching ’Water Sport' Cabana x Hôtel Magique outfit. I ordered the XXL sized shirt. I have a muscular build and I like my shirts fitted with a little give. Tombolo, for the body type, has “Heavy Set” as an option. Reminds me when I was a little chubster in grade school and all my pants were “Husky” lol. How about Muscular being an option? 😊 For having a muscular build (chest/back/shoulders/arms), the shirt fits nicely. It wasn’t too long, big, or too short. I was expecting the threads and lining on the shirt to be a little messy, but the attention to detail and craftmanship was done with care. I was shirt 749 of 750. It was the perfect outfit as I went from the lounge, to the beach, to around the resort—I was getting compliment after compliment. I felt like magic at the hotel, in the water and out!"
